Chocolate & Slides

Today has been just slightly exhausting and I can't wait to crawl into bed. It's just been one of those days where I've been going non stop. Come to think of it, yesterday was like that too. Needless to say, I'm ready for the weekend!!!
Last night after dinner Campbell got such a treat! I melted a few chocolate chips and let him dip some graham crackers in it. He thought it was the best thing he's ever eaten to date. Campbell is super into dipping these days so I knew he would love it. Plus who doesn't love chocolate? And if you're wondering, yes that is Press N Seal wrap attached to his high chair. It makes the cleanup's way easier. I saw it on this funny video floating around on Facebook about a lazy Dad who did everything he possibly could to make life easier when taking care of his kid while the Mom was away. I thought this particular hack was brilliant. Sometimes Dad's really do come up with better and easier ways to do things without putting out near as much effort. Props to them.
Campbell is so obsessed with his slide. He'll slide a thousand times in a row and not get tired of it. However, he insists on me counting 1,2, 3!!! before he'll take off and down the slide. It makes it more exciting for him I guess. He gives me this little grin which is his way of saying "count for me Momma!"

Campbell went to MDO today and he just absolutely is obsessed and loves it so much. Do you know how much that thrills me? All of the teachers talk about how happy Campbell is and how great he does. He nearly ran to his classroom once we walked in the building and when he got there, he grabbed his teachers legs and gave them a big hug. Then he headed straight to the toys and didn't even care that I was leaving. I know I say it all the time but Campbell is such a sweet little kid. His sweetness makes me so proud and I hope he stays this sweet forever!!
