Birthday Party Number Two

Hello Monday! How are ya? We have a big week. On Saturday we are throwing Bennett his 2nd birthday party. What?! I know, I can't believe it either. My how time is a thief. I'm super excited to celebrate him though!! I love to have a themed birthday party and this year Bennett's is MICKEY. This kid is obsessed with Mickey. Like, obsessed. Campbell has always loved Mickey (and will even still watch it) but Bennett's love for Mickey is at a whole other level. So Mickey it is. The party just so happens to be on Cinco de Mayo so we're going all Mexican for the food. Yum. I think it's going to be fun and I have a feeling Bennett is going to absolutely love it when people sing Happy Birthday to him. He's going to get that look on his face that tries to appear shy but on the inside he is just eating it up. Just wait. You'll see.

Yesterday was warm so we got to wear those sweet church clothes we've been hoping to wear for about a month now and it was lovely and kind of adorable too. After church we had lunch on the Bentonville square then strolled around for a bit and it was just perfect. You know how you have those perfect days that are so simple and you aren't sure what made them perfect, they just were? That's how yesterday was. I think the amazing weather may have had something to do with it. It's the first time it's actually been warm here since about......September. It's been missed for sure.
