Wells | Three Months Old

Wow! Three months old. Always such a huge turning point for babies. We survived the "4th trimester" with our sweet boy! Wells has changed SO much in the last 10 days or so. Here's his three month stats!
Weight: I wish I had invested in a baby scale with my first baby! I'm not sure but I'd guess around 9.5 pounds.

Height: He's getting really tall! I don't know his exact measurments but he's in his 0-3M Kickee pants footies now and his little toes are at the very edge of them. His height seems to be the thing that is growing at the most rapid pace!!

Sleep: Wells is taking three naps a day and he's a pretty good napper! He goes to bed at 7:30 and wakes once a night to quickly eat then goes right back to sleep. I always, always have to wake him up at 7:00 AM to get our day started. The night before last, he slept all night long for the first time--7:30-7:00! I predict he'll still wake during the night for another 2-3 weeks before consistently dropping that feeding which is fine by me. I'm providing him with a "perfect" schedule and I'm letting him take the lead as far as that middle of the night feeding....as long as he doesn't get too carried away with how long he keeps it ;)
Eat: Wells is on a super strict eating schedule! 7:00, 10:30, 1:30, 4:30 and 7:30. He's waking in the middle of the night to eat and I never know if it will be at 2:00 or 5:00 although these days he's lingering around a 4:30 wake up more and more. His middle of the night feeding is super unpredictable, which I'm not used to with my previous experience!! No matter what time he eats, he always goes right back to sleep and I have to wake him at 7:00 to feed him and keep our schedule in tact.

Clothes: Wearing size 0-3M clothes and pj's! Some clothes are still a teeny bit big but we're able to make almost everything work!

Diapers: Honest Size 1
Likes: Laying on his back and kicking his legs, his paci, bath time, being held.

Dislikes: The evening when it's close to his bedtime, being in the car seat/running errands for too long (can't say I blame him!).

Milestones: Sweet baby started smiling this month! He coo's, started sleeping significantly better, and can stay awake for an hour at a time now!
Month Three: What a big month for changes!! Wells seems like a different baby than he was just one month ago. He has really gotten so much easier. He doesn't require being held all the time anymore which is so nice. I honestly didn't mind holding him a lot but I'm so much more productive around my house now since I'm not holding a baby all day. We have a lot of "perfect" days around here now. Happy baby, perfect naps.....life is running pretty smoothly for this little man.
All About Wells: Sweet Baby Wells. Oh I could eat him up. I am soaking up this sweet baby boy because he is growing up too fast on me. I'm looking forward to watching him grow and see how much he changes this first year but for now I'm treasuring my last baby, while he's a baby!
