Three More Sleeps!

I keep saying "I'm going to get Christmas wrapped up today" yet it never seems to happen. However, I really actually think I am today. I have a sitter coming shortly so I can sneak out and get my list all checked off. I've been staying up until midnight every night the last few days building toys, wrapping presents and doing all the things so I don't have to on Christmas Eve. Learned from the mistake of waiting until Christmas Eve to do it one too many times. 

I'm wanting to have a nice, relaxing day tomorrow and for the rest of the week so I need to get everything accomplished today!! I'm looking forward to getting out of my house alone and finishing up a tiny bit of shopping.

Yesterday the big boys made cookies for Santa while Wells slept. It was fun! I normally wait until Christmas Eve to bake cookies but that day always feels hectic so I'm glad we got it out of the way. It was a lot more relaxing and enjoyable and the boys had so much fun. 

The boys are currently watching Home Alone, Wells is napping, the laundry has been going all day. The "work" of getting ready for Christmas finally feels like it's coming to a close and I'm looking forward to enjoying the week with my family!
