Nightmares

I'm so ready for the weekend. Scott turns in all of his work stuff tomorrow which will officially end the crazy work schedule!! I'm sure he'll have a few tweaks to make to it next week but we should be done with the 80 hour work weeks. Glory Glory!! He's going to work into the wee early hours tonight so he can try to avoid working over the weekend. Hopefully he gets it all done. Fingers crossed!!I've been sleeping really great for about a week now. It's so exciting! I go to bed early, wake up only once for about 30 minutes or so, then fall back asleep and wake up feeling really refreshed early in the morning. I've also been pushing myself really hard with my running to help wear me out.
One thing I have started to notice about myself though is that I have a nightmare almost every single night. Last night I dreamed I was on a plane with terrorists. The night before that I dreamed bad things happened to my whole family. It was so traumatic that I immediately texted my Dad when I woke up to ask him if everyone was okay. I wonder why I do this so often? It's usually what wakes me up in the middle of the night. My heart is pounding and I'm scared and I scootch close to Scott so he'll protect me!! Sometimes I even wake him up to tell him I had a scary dream....like a 4 year old. This has been going on for a really, really long time now. I always have this reoccurring dream where I'm back in high school. That in itself is a nightmare but the bad part is I'm always searching for Scott and wondering where he is. I never can find him and the whole dream I'm so stressed out because I want to find Scott so bad. I dream this at least twice a week. Weird right? Does anyone else have nightmares a lot? I wish I knew how to stop having them. Can the food you eat affect your dreams? I have to learn how to fix this. The stress I experience from these dreams is bound to be taking years off my life!! Please help me if you have any advice!
