For the first time in over a week I've finally woken up to a normal day/routine. Let me tell ya, I'm zapped. Between the holidays, traveling, hosting parties and what not, I've been staying up pretty late almost every night for the last maybe 10 nights and yesterday it finally caught up with me. Yesterday I woke up at my usual weekend time--8:30ish, had breakfast then went back to sleep. Then I woke up again at 1:00 and I just couldn't make myself get out of bed. So I fell asleep again and woke up at 4:30 and even though I was still so tired I made myself get out of bed because I feared I wouldn't be able to fall asleep at night. Around 10:30 I hopped back in bed and fell asleep without any troubles. I've been telling Scott for over a week how exhausted I've been and I'm pretty sure I made that very clear yesterday.
I really don't have much on my agenda today other than many loads of laundry. And not to sound redundant but I'm kind of tired and want to take a nap. Should I nap or shouldn't I nap? It's always a debate I have with myself these days. I'm thinking maybe I should. Snuggling with my girls in my warm house while I know it's freezing outside sounds fantastic.
