House Selections

Happy Friday Eve! I am so glad the weekend is almost here. It has been a crazy week and I am need of some rest and a little quality time with my family.

Scott and I are almost done picking everything out for our home. We chose our granite slabs today for our kitchen and master bathroom. We already picked our granite but they have 6 slabs and we picked the 4 that we liked the most. After granite we headed to the tile store to finish that up. It's so overwhelming and I'm honestly ready to be done with it. I basically just let Scott do it all since he's the professional and knows what he's doing and what looks best. But still. It hurts my brain. We still have lighting and cabinet hardware but otherwise we're done as far as picking things out. One of the meetings I am really looking forward to is with the guy who's going to do my closet. I've been pinning closet inspirations on Pinterest like crazy to get ideas. If you've read here for long you know how much I love organization so my closet is something I am very much looking forward to designing!! We will have his and hers closets and I've told Scott since we'll also have his and hers laundry baskets, he should probably just starting doing his own laundry when we move. He isn't super into that idea but I, personally, think it's fantastic. :)
It's late and I still haven't tuned in to Scandal so I'm just going to leave it at that and catch you all back here tomorrow!
