Today was my "day off" since the boys were in school so I decided to spend it doing some Christmas shopping. While I was out and about, I popped in Williams Sonoma and discovered something life changing. Ooey Gooey Pumpkin Bars.
I walked in and immediately smelled something amazing. I shopped around a bit then made my way over to their little taste testing area and asked what it was and if I could try it. I wasn't even finished eating it before I grabbed the ingredients and recipe and declared I was making it for Thanksgiving. The lady told me they are known for this incredible dessert and it's always a huge hit in the fall. I cannot even say enough about how yummy it was. I wanted to share because if you are wanting to make the perfect Thanksgiving dessert that everyone will absolutely love, this is it!

They were also sampling out their hot apple cider and it was incredibly delicious too so I went ahead and added that to my bundle of goodies as well. Ooey Gooey Pumpkin bread washed down with hot apple cider? Sounds like the perfect Thanksgiving combo to me!
