I have had some people reach out to me asking if I'm doing a favorite picks from the Nordstrom sale this year. Yes! I am. I have already ordered my stuff and I'm waiting on it to come in. I'm planning on posting everything one week from today. The Nordstrom sale opens to the public next Wednesday, the 19. Card members can start shopping on Thursday!!
A few items from the sale that I have talked about in the past are these Zella leggings. I rave about them every year. I have two pairs of the black ones because I wear them so much + a few other colors too. They are high waisted and so slimming. These are a little different than Lululemon leggings. They are a little thicker. I don't think I would ever work out in them (maybe yoga)....I just wear them for everyday athleisure wear. I wore them under my belly when I was pregnant and this is a photo of me a few weeks postpartum and I wore them ALL the time because they made me feel better about my tummy. Ha! I highly recommend them. I am 5'4 so you can see how they hit my ankle for reference. These run TTS (I wear a small.)
Two other items that I got last year was this leopard cami and Leith cardigan. The Leith cardigan I got last year was ribbed and the one this year isn't but otherwise they look the be the same. I got this cardigan in several colors last year and wore it all the time. The length hit just right and I loved throwing it over just about anything. The leopard cami comes in several colors and I have most of them but I ordered some of the new colors they have this year, the red and floral! This cami runs small in my opinion. I'm wearing a medium. It is not included in the sale but is already on sale and I suggest grabbing yourself a few!
Finally I want to include these jeans and booties which are also in the sale again this year. These jeans are so great and stretchy and I love where they hit on the ankle. They are only $45 which is such a great price for a nice pair of jeans. These booties were my most worn bootie from all of last fall/winter. They are comfortable and go with everything. They are a tiny bit different than last years bootie but look nearly identical. The booties run TTS but you should size down in the jeans. Nordstrom tells you the same and I didn't listen to them. They stretch out quite a bit after wearing for a few hours and I regretted not sizing down!
