Three Years

Three years ago today I married my best friend and soul mate. The day was perfect in every way. It was emotional and surreal and full of fun and laughter. I hope that the day will always stay as fresh in my mind as it is now. I want to always remember as many details and moments about it as possible. The ceremony was sweet and beautiful and the reception was one big party!! If I could go back and relieve the entire day all over again I would many, many times! It truly was one of the best days of my entire life.I love Scott just as much today as I did three years ago. It's really interesting to watch our relationship grow over time. I feel like we're very grown up. We depend on each other more than anyone else. We're best friends. He takes care of me, and I take care of him. We're exactly where I thought we would be after 3 years of marriage. I love this time in our lives where it's just us and we can come and go and do as we please. While I can't wait to have babies and watch Scott be an amazing father, getting to have this time where our family is just us two is so special to me.
I am so lucky that God blessed me with such an amazing husband. He's got such a sweet and kind heart. That's what I love the most about him....his sweet spirit. He's so patient. He makes me laugh and I can tell just by the way he looks at much how much he loves me. I don't know what I would do without him. Even if we have our ups and downs, I never look at him and wish he wasn't mine. We've grown so much in just these three years and I can't wait to see what the next three bring us.
No matter how many years have gone by I don't think I'll ever get tired of watching my wedding video. I definitely plan on watching the whole thing tonight with my husband, of three years, and a nice glass of champagne. Here's the highlights for any of you who may not have seen them before!
