Just Another Monday

I had a fun weekend. My parents decided to come up for a visit at the last minute so it was great getting to spend the weekend with them. We really didn't do much and spent a lot of time just hanging around the house but it was kind of nice being low key. Ivy and Madison were so excited to see Grace and Grace was so excited to be here that she asked if she could stay a little longer. She's going to hang at our house for a little bit.

I spent my Monday searching for art for the nursery. Let's talk about how hard it is to find art for your house shall we? I think it's the hardest part about decorating. Eventually it will all come together but for now I've got nothing. It's frustrating!!

Speaking of decorating......after almost 2 years of living in our house, we've finally decorated our bonus room! We ordered some furniture a few months ago and it was delivered on Friday. Woo Hoo! We got a sectional and ottoman and we're currently searching for a media chest/console to put under our television. I really wanted to get it furnished before Campbell's arrival because I have a feeling I'll be spending a lot of time in there when he gets here. We've only had the furniture for a few days but Scott and I already find ourselves hanging out up there quite a bit. I thought the girls would be sad that we put furniture in the empty room that they loved to run and play in but I think they may love it even more now. They enjoy sitting on the back of the sofa and looking out of the window. It's a win win for everyone!
